Asian Handicap Tips Today
Asian handicap takes the draw out of a match by giving one team a head start. Below are our Asian handicap tips for the next few days, each with its line and price, and every one of them is graded once the match is over.
How Asian handicap works
The bookmaker gives one team a goal start. At -1 the favourite must win by two goals or more for the bet to win; a one-goal win returns your stake, and a draw or a defeat loses. At +1 the underdog wins the bet by drawing or winning, a one-goal defeat returns the stake, and a heavier defeat loses.
A line such as -0.75 splits the stake over two lines, -0.5 and -1. Win by two goals or more and both halves win; win by exactly one goal and half the stake wins while the other half is returned; draw or lose and both halves lose. +0.25 works the same way on 0 and +0.5.
How these tips are made
Our automatic model reads the bookmaker prices, takes the bookmaker margin out of each market and fits one goal model to all of them, so every selection is scored on the same numbers. It then keeps the picks whose own expected return is not poor.
Every tip is time-stamped before kick-off, graded from the final score and never deleted, so the record on the Verified record page is the whole record, wins and losses together.
Asian handicap tips: questions
What is an Asian handicap tip?
A tip on one team to beat a goal handicap, for example "Arsenal -0.75". It shows the team, the line and the price, and it is graded from the final score of the match.
What does a -0.75 line mean?
Half of the stake is on -0.5 and half on -1. A win by two or more wins the whole stake, a win by one goal wins half and returns half, and a draw or defeat loses the stake.
Are the Asian handicap tips free?
Some are free to read in full. The strongest picks of the day are VIP tips that members can open; non-members see that they exist but not the pick.
How are Asian handicap tips graded?
From the final score at full time, or the half-time score for a first-half tip. A half win or half loss counts as a win or a loss in the record, and the profit figures use half the stake for it. A pushed bet counts as a draw.
Do these tips guarantee a profit?
Betting always carries a risk of losing money and no tip is guaranteed to win. 18+ only. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.
