18+ only. Betting can be addictive and you can lose money. Our tips are opinions, not guarantees.
Our position
We publish football scores, odds and tips. We are not a bookmaker and we do not take bets. We cannot know your situation, so please treat every tip as one opinion among many and make your own decision.
Keep it in control
- Only bet what you can afford to lose. Never use money meant for rent, bills, food or debts.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stick to them. Most bookmakers let you set deposit and loss limits in your account.
- Do not chase losses. A bad day is not a reason to bet more. Stop and come back another day.
- No tipster wins every time. A long losing run is normal for any strategy, and a long winning run is not proof of anything.
- Do not bet when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
- Keep other things in your life going: friends, work, sport and sleep.
Warning signs
- You think about betting all the time, or you bet more and more to get the same excitement.
- You borrow money, sell things or hide your betting from people close to you.
- You feel anxious, guilty or irritable when you try to cut down.
- Betting causes problems with money, work or relationships.
If one or more of these sounds familiar, take a break now and talk to someone.
Where to get free, confidential help
Your country may have its own helpline. Search for "gambling help" and your country name, or ask your bookmaker about self-exclusion. You can also block gambling sites on your devices with free filtering software.
Under 18
You must be 18 or older, or the legal age where you live if it is higher, to use this site or to bet. If you share a computer with a young person, please use parental controls to keep betting sites out of their reach.
