Account or payment problem
Write to us from the email address of your account and include your username. If it is about a payment, add the transaction ID or the invoice number from your receipt and the payment method you used (card, PayPal or crypto). This lets us find it quickly.
Advertising and partnerships
For banners, sponsorships and affiliate partnerships, write to us with the subject Advertising and tell us about your brand and the countries you target.
Wrong score, odds or tip result
Send us the match, the page where you saw it and what you think is wrong. We check it against the final result and correct the page. Tip results are graded automatically from the final score, so a correction to a score also corrects the grade.
Privacy requests
To see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, write with the subject Privacy from your account email. More details are in our privacy policy.
We do not ask for your password, card number or crypto wallet keys by email. Never send them to anyone.
