1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of goalwhiz.xyz and everything on it ("Winner Football Tips", "we", "us"): live scores, odds, statistics, tips, VIP plans and any other feature. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher. Betting is illegal or restricted in some countries. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.
3. Information only - not betting advice
Everything on the site, including our tips, analysis, odds and statistics, is published for information and entertainment. It is not financial advice and not a promise of any result. No tip wins every time. You decide whether to bet and how much, and you accept the risk. Please read our responsible gambling page.
We are not a bookmaker. We do not take bets or hold your money for betting.
4. Your account
- You need an account to buy a plan. Give us correct information and keep your password secret.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
- One account is for one person. Sharing a VIP account, or selling or passing on access, is not allowed.
5. VIP plans and payments
- VIP plans unlock VIP tips and their analysis for the period shown on the plan (for example one day, 3 days, one month or 3 months). Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
- A plan is a single payment. It does not renew automatically. When it ends, you can buy another one if you want to continue.
- Payments are handled by third-party processors (such as PayPal and a crypto payment provider). We do not see or store your card number. Processor fees or exchange rates may apply.
- Access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. For crypto payments this can take a few minutes while the network confirms the transaction.
- We may offer promo codes. A code can be used as described when it is issued and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not happy with a VIP plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment. No reason is needed. To ask, write to [email protected] from your account email and include your username and the transaction ID or invoice number.
- We refund the full amount you paid for that plan to the payment method you used.
- For crypto payments, we send the refund to a wallet address you give us. Network fees and changes in the exchange rate may apply, and we will tell you before we send it.
- Your VIP access ends when the refund is made, and tips you unlocked with that plan are locked again.
- If you were charged twice, or charged but did not receive access, tell us at any time and we will fix it or refund you.
After 7 days, payments are not refundable, because VIP access is a digital service that is delivered immediately. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that applies to you.
7. Our tips and the public record
We publish each tip with the time it was posted and grade it automatically from the final score. We show the win rate and return on investment of our graded tips on the results page. Returns are calculated with a fixed stake and the prices published with the tips; the price you can get at a bookmaker may be different. VIP tips become public once they are graded.
Scores, odds and other data come from third-party sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. We do our best to correct mistakes but we do not guarantee that the data is accurate.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, republish or resell our tips, analysis, data or design, in whole or in part, without our written permission;
- use bots or automated tools to collect content or to overload the site;
- try to get access to accounts, systems or VIP content you have not paid for;
- use the site for anything illegal or in a way that harms other users.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close an account because of misuse, the rest of its plan is not refunded.
9. Advertising and third-party sites
The site shows banners and links from bookmakers and other partners, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through them. These companies are independent of us. We are not responsible for their content, offers or services, and any agreement you make with them is between you and them. Check their terms and make sure they are allowed where you live.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, tips, analysis and our logo belong to us or our licensors. You may read and use them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Team names, logos and competition names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
11. Liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, including betting losses, lost profit or indirect loss, that comes from using the site, relying on a tip or data, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the site from time to time. The date at the top shows when the terms were last updated. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account.
13. Contact
